Exchanges accepted within 14 days of receipt for another size/item or store credit.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with sneaker box + outer protective box.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked & insured courier (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).
Wrong or faulty items: must be reported within 7 working days (faults immediately, with photos). Return shipping reimbursed up to £5.99 (UK) or £40.00 (international).
